Summer is almost here and we are excited to bring you some great news today.

In this issue of our newsletter we are very happy to announce the opening of our newest member of our family of restaurants. We have also made some improvements to our online ordering process and shopping cart as outlined below.

At last Novato has its own Indian restaurant: Anokha Cuisine of India opened on June 2, 2009.

Located in Old Town Novato, it is open daily for lunch or dinner, eat-in or take-out. A lunch buffet is served every day. Anokha is also available for private parties and catering.
  
"Anokha" means different and unique, and Anokha Cuisine creates an exceptional dining experience. Our authentic home-style cuisine of Northern India is lovingly prepared from the freshest ingredients, personally selected, local and organic where available by Chef Hardip "Bagga" Singh. 

Specialties include Tandoori dishes, vegetarian, lamb, seafood or chicken curries, and our signature varieties of Indian breads. The generous menu includes several vegan and vegetarian delicacies. Foods can also be prepared according to particular tastes or needs - gluten-free or with varying degrees of spice and oil.
